Shipping insurances are included in the shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any import tax or customs fee of your local authorities.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
We will only accept paypal payment with confirmed address. Otherwise further address proof is required
We will ship by FedEx or EMS. The shipping time is 2-3 days. For orders under US$50.00 we will ship by registered airmail. The shipping time is 7-14 days.
Please allow 2 working days for payment verification and packaging. After we send out the item, we will provide a tracking number to trace you item status online.

To avoid any subsequent misunderstandings, please note that importing goods from another country, or another free trade area, can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges - for example a Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc. Buyer, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such costs. We have no control over what buyer may be charged by his/her own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating buyer for payment of any such costs. If buyer does not know how much (if any) import tax might be liable to pay, please check with the local tax authorities BEFORE entering into a contract to purchase.

Returns and Warranty Policy

MP3 and MP4 players delivered to you carries 3-month warranty offered by the original manufacturer while car monitors have a 12-Month return-to-base warranty
We will only exchange defective products with a brand new replacement, or offer "in-store" credit towards other products if a replacement is not in stock.
Shipping costs are not refundable on delivery and return.
This item's warranty becomes void:
1) If damaged is caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misuse, incorrect installation or operation, neglect, accident or similar cause.
2) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
 (If the warranty becomes void, buyer can still send the item back to us for repair.)
